COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

If for any reason the client or the seafarer wishes to submit a complaint, please follow the complaints procedure below:

 

Complaints should be made within 14 days of an incident or of the matter coming to the client or seafarers attention.

 

Clients and seafarers can make a complaint by email.

 

International Crew Solutions will respond to complaints in writing at our earliest convenience, in order to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

If the client or seafarer feels that his or her complaint has not been resolved, they can contact the MLC section at the MCA, the Maritime Coastguard Agency.
